Are there any upfront fees to join ISG United?
No. There is no initiation fee, no buy-in, and no down payment. You pay a flat monthly fee starting at $299 and nothing before that.
Does ISG United take a percentage of commissions?
No. Carriers pay your agency 100% of commissions by direct deposit. ISG United never splits, overrides, or holds your commission.
Who owns the book of business in an ISG United agency?
You do, entirely, from the first policy to the last. Your agency name is on your marketing materials and your book stays yours if you leave.
Does ISG United have a non-compete or an exit penalty?
There is no non-compete. Exit terms are flat and transparent, and the entire contract is spelled out so you can read it in ten minutes.
How many carriers does ISG United appoint an agency with?
It depends on your state, county, and book composition. On a 20 minute call we map the specific carriers you would be appointed with, rather than quoting a headline number.
How does profit sharing work at ISG United?
Carrier bonuses earned by the collective book are distributed back to the member agencies that produced the premium, up to 75%. Gold and Platinum tiers are eligible.
How long does onboarding with ISG United take?
Weeks, not quarters. Sign the contract, get appointed, and start writing while we walk you through Salesforce, the agent portal, and the bonus structure.
What happens if ISG United is not the right fit for an agency?
We will tell you, usually in the first ten minutes of the call. Sending an agent somewhere better is a fair outcome for both of us.
