My agency signed with ISG in late 2019. Being a new scratch agency, getting contracts with competitive carriers was a challenge. To this point, ISG has done everything they promised, and in doing so, allowed me access to carriers I couldn't get into, as a solo, upstart. I am off to a good year thus far, their staff has been helpful with training and my check is on time every month, and if the greater profitability holds up, I am looking at a bonus check early next year... something that would have taken a long time to build up to without them.
